Refunds and Returns

We take great care in packing your order, but if your item arrives damaged, we’re here to help.

Damaged Items Only
We only offer refunds or returns for items that arrive damaged or faulty. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

How to Report a Damaged Item
If your item is damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@theguitarhub.com Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damage.

Refunds
If your return is approved, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
